Even as a child, people could tell Dustin had the "knack."  It's a joke made from a Dilbert cartoon but it fits.  Dustin has always been curious and had a strong desire to understand how everything works.  Dustin has 10 plus years in IT and project management and another 5 in Process Controls and their communications.  That't not what makes him unique.  When asked about his approach to problem solving, he says its simply a matter of "visual physics."  You take a look at a process and break it down to its base parts.  From there you improve it with good engineering, common sense and a sprinkle of innovation.  With a broad background in the oil and gas field with emphasis on project management and IT, Dustin brings a variety of skills to any project you throw him on.
